Hi, I’m Simon Earles, the principal of Signet Consulting & Migration. I am a migration agent registered by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), to provide Australian immigration advice for fees. I am also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia, the professional body for my industry.
As a registered migration agent I am obliged to keep appraised of rapidly changing developments and legislative amendments, and accrual of a required number of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points is mandatory for renewal of my migration agent’s registration. As a further protection to intending clients I am bound by the Code of Conduct, promulgated by the MARA. The Code sets out best practices when dealing with clients and it places a clear responsibility upon agents to act in the very best interests of their clients.
